Tomato contains lycopene (the red pigment in tomato). This pigment is a powerful antioxidant that helps in fighting cancer. Tomato is a natural antiseptic therefore it can help protect against various infections. Tomato has a great taste; it can be eaten raw in form of salads .Tomato puree is used to prepare many dishes.
Tomato contains nutrients like vitamin A, C, K, fiber, carbohydrate, potassium, iron, lycopene (an antioxidant) and some amounts of phosphorus and sulfur.
Apple A Day Keeps The Doctor Away

The Greek and Roman mythology refer to apples as symbols of love and beauty but Apple contain vitamins like Vitamin C, Beta-Carotene, iron and potassium.
Apples have long been considered healthy, as indicated by the proverb "an apple a day keeps the doctor away". Research suggests that apples may reduce the risk of colon cancer, prostate cancer and lung cancer. Like many fruits, Apples contain Vitamin C as well as a host of other antioxidant compounds, which explains the reduced risk of cancer.
