Pineapple


The origin of pineapple is from Brazil. Pineapple leaves grow up to 20 - 72 inches in length. It contains rough structure outside. Pineapple's contains nutrients like fiber, vitamin c, calcium, potassium. It is low in fat and cholesterol. Vitamin c is the body's primary water soluble antioxidant, against free radicals that attack and damage normal cells. It is also a good source of vitamin B1, vitamin B6, copper and dietary fiber. Pineapple is the second most popular tropical fruit, native to South America particularly in Brazil and Paraguay

Pineapple enzymes have been used with success to treat rheumatoid arthritis and to speed tissue repair as a result of injuries, diabetic ulcers and general surgery. Pineapple reduces blood clotting and helps remove plaque from arterial walls.

Grapes


Fresh grapes of all colors red, green and black are classically beautiful and a pleasure to eat. Grapes contain a natural mix of antioxidants that help support a healthy heart and may offer an array of other health benefits.Grapes and products made from grapes, such as wine and grape juice, may protect the French from their high-fat diets.

Grapes are used for the preparation of wines. Grape wine is good for health. Even grape wine wine is used for making cake and for cookery process.
Strawberries contains vitamins A, B, and C, and also contain some amounts of calcium, phosphorous, potassium, carbohydrates, etc. They are rich in Folic acid, which helps in preventing birth related defects. It contains a calories of 50.

Strawberries are being cultivated sometime before the Christian era. It is mostly used in cake decoration.

Banana


The banana plant grows up to 10 to 26 feet and belongs to the lily and the orchid. The cluster of fruits contains 50 to 150 bananas with individual fruits grouped in bunches, containing 10 to 25 bananas. Banana can easily be grown in house. Eating banana gives free circulation for digestion process. So keep eating banana daily after a meal.

Apple A Day Keeps The Doctor Away

Apples have long been considered healthy, as indicated by the proverb "an apple a day keeps the doctor away".
