Kiwi fruit


Kiwi fruit looks like hairy, brown peel containing green flesh. The term Kiwi derived from a Kiwi Bird, native of New Zealand. Kiwi fruit contains potassium, Vitamin C, Vitamins A and Vitamins E. The black seed inside the fruit is used as kiwi fruit oil. The kiwi fruit oil consists Alfa-Linoleic Acid. The calorie level in Kiwi fruit is 46. The fruit will usually be 3 inches in length and it weighs 4 ounces. Kiwi juices improve the human eyesight and it is ranked higher than spinach. It also used in cocktail drinks. It acts as a protecting agent for respiratory symptoms associated with asthma such as wheezing. These fruit should not been eaten after long time when it is cutted, because they contain enzymes that act as a food tenderizer.
