Oranges


The orange is originated from South- and indo-China. Orange trees are evergreen trees. They grow 8 to 15 m. high. Oranges are oval to sphere-shaped fruits with leathery, porous skin. Their color ranges from orange to red-orange. Oranges are eaten by hand and squeezed a lot. Oranges are green before they ripen. Their color ranges from orange to red-orange. One orange contains about 50 mg of vitamin C. Oranges are an acid and therefore a detoxifying fruit.
